NAB needs specific wording to finish the verification process on our accounts. Specifically we need to appoint a "Senior Managing Official".
The SMO is a person who makes, or participates in making, decisions that affect the whole, or a substantial part of the business of the association, or who has the capacity to significantly affect the financial standing of the association.
